Pay for nothing.

I had a 2 year cell c sim only contract . The contract ended in August this year(2021) and I was behind with my payments. Now, cell c keeps on adding the installment amounts to the amount I'm owing and they say in order for them to stop the contract I need to settle it. I don't even get data or anything from cell c. I don't have the sim card for that matter but they say the installment amount will be added to the balance every month with an assumption that I. Using their services, which I'm not. I contacted the customer care today and spoke to the lady called Bongile Xaba and she insisted that the contract will never be canceled regardless of our agreement.
