Pay for data even if we don't provide the service

When I moved to Walkerville, the CellC data service was barley acceptable but did work. For the last 4 months it effectively does not work at all and the voice service drops 4 calls out of 5. After MANY calls, I have been told that they have \communication failures"in my area and they don't know when they are going to fix it. Just like that. I have been paying for a 6GB data package for nearly 5 months now with no service and I must continue to pay even though they can't tell me when it will be fixed. I really wish I could get customers to pay for a service that I don't have to provide and they must just suck it up"
