PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!

<p>I recently discovered that i had been paying for a contract for a year i never had. i never realised this because the debit order was combined with a contarct i knew i had. I then called cell c and was told the case would be sent to back office for investigation and i will be called in 48hrs i then called 3 days later and was told to submit documents which i did. this whole process was last year i received no response. i then call last week enquiring on an update and i was told the number has been made prepaid and the case was closed as it was sent to the wrong department. all of this did not make sense to me andi then asked that my money be paid back for the year debit order that has been goig off. i was then told again it will be taken to back office and i will be called in 48hrs its now 3 days later still no communication. Cell C i want all my money bac****!</p>
