Pay back the money

What happened is that I had two contracts with cell c which I complained about coverage and they came to a conclusion to cancel my two contracts and a data contract I was immediately canceled total from the network after I returned the unit middle July which I logged a query about the data I payed for that I couldn't use due no coverage and credit were passed but we now nearly two months and still no money in my account which they confirmed that credit were passed but no date is set for the money to be payed in my account , I have spoken to several people no one gets back to me I have called cell c more than 3 times a week this past month h , I have spoken to many people most were idiots couldn't even open my old accounts and spoken to team leader's who one was pathetic from Johannesburg Lesego and spoke to Zodwa from due ban who has been helping but she does not call me or update me she gives me dates but nothing g happen on those dates this is shocking as I have payed them for over 7 years and they can't pay me for almost two months now .ombudsman here I come .<br> Regards Siya <br> Pay back the money
