Pay back the money
I had a contract with Cell C about a year ago. I over paid them with R800. TO DATE THEY DID NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO JOIN CELL C. I am still angry cause I did send them proof of payment as per their request still they did not pay me. I am so frustrated with them. Hope I can get help here . I did also complain to the Ombudsman but to dater there is no response from them, seems like I am fighting a loosing battle.
