PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!

After what seemed like years, Cell C eventually agreed to pay back 50% of the money it had taken from my account during the month May...this amounted to just over R2000.00. On the 18th of June I was advised that a credit note would be passed on the same day and that it would thereafter take 24-48 hours before I received the funds back into my account. 3 weeks later and guess what?!!! Still no funds!!! <br> When I query this, I'm either told that a credit note was passed and the consultant does not know why I have not received my funds, alternatively, it would need to be queried with the team leader.<br> Cell C, please STOP ********ting me!!! You agreed to pay me back my monies - honour your agreement! It's that simple!
