Pay back the money!

To cut a long story short, again for the second time to Cell C...When Nashua mobile went belly up I payed for my Cell C phone into Cell C's bank. Apparently my R400 was supposed to be paid into Altech Autopage. After 3 months of wasted airtime on phone calls and emails I still have not been reimbursed. Cell C say they have given my money to Nashua mobile, but this does not exist anymore! Altech Autopage can also not find my money! Who has my money and how the FK do I get it back!
