Pay back my money

I requested that my R45/month contract be cancelled 3 months ago. It was not until a few days I ago that I discovered that Cellc has been billing me for this contract. This is not the first time I have come across this behavior from Cellc. It is prevalent. I am more than happy to report this to the Ombudsman. I will be reversing all of my debit orders with cellc for this month and last month until they have sorted out this issue. Luckily, you can reverse any debit order that was processed no more than 40 days ago.<br> Am I making a fuss? Multiply R45 by 500 000 who may have cancelled their contracts, this would be R22.5 million in their bank account that they do not deserve.<br>
