Pay As You Go Customer Black Listed!!!

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Tried to apply for finance today and found out that Cell C blacklisted me on ITC. I have cancelled my contract last year already and I was a pay as you go customer for months thereafter without any notification of monies owed. I have since moved to another service provider. Now all of a suddon it is found that I owe Cell C over R4000. How would they have switched me to pay as you go if I owed them money?</p> <p>I have been put through to various departments and the correct department is "Late Recoveries" to speak to, but no one is answering my call.</p> <p>How ridiculous is this?!?! I wish they would realise that they are affecting the wellbeing of people if they falsely accuse their old customers!</p> <p>I need this sorted out ASAP and will be getting further advice on the matter.</p> <p> </p>
