Hi there, <br> So I ordered a new IPhone 6s Plus from cell c, on the 27th completed my application and received an SMS on the 7th \Thank you for choosing cell c your order has been approved . . ."Phoned the Call center yester day morning around 8:10 and spoke to a lady on the other side to find out what's happening with my order .. the feedback she gave me was\"" Your device was given to the Couriers\"" This morning I phoned again to find out what's happening and to find out if I cant get a waybill / tracking number the gentleman I spoke to told me that my phone was not given to the couriers yet and he cant see a tracking number... They have stock of the device so he doesn't understand why it haven't been dispatched ... Does anyone know what's going on @cell c ? seems like everybody just give you the feedback they feel like ... When Am I getting my phone? cant I collect it from one of the cell c branches or collect it from somewhere since its so hard to courier it."""
