PATHETIC/NO SERVICE!!!
This is now the second month that you have not loaded my contract benefits on the 1st of the month. Its the 7th of the month and nothing yet. After calling your support centre 3 times I am told that the case number I have was sent to the wrong department and now I need to wait 24-48 hours again? What the hell? Your service is pathetic! Cant wait for this stupid contract to be finished so I can get away from this network! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!
