Pathetice client services

i have 3 contracts with cell c and have always paid by eft, last month i cancelled 2 of the 3 contracts and all of a sudden i have a debit order go off and start getting sms'd that my account is in arrears, now they tell me that they had a price increase in February and that they had sent out sms's i find this strange because not 1 of my contracts recieved such an sms. i have paid up the arrears amount but now they want to charge me R70 per contract for a debit order that didnt go through and this after i have never had a debit order go off my account before. i sent an email on the 13/072015 and got the first and only reply on the 17/07/2015. on that date i asked for somebody in management to call me and to date i have had no response. as far as i am concerned this is the worst client service ever and i will not hesitate to cancel my last contract when it expires and move to another service provider.
