Pathetic/Atrocious service . 1 year and counting to resolve a query
I logged a complaint last week. I only received the standard response that someone will contact me. The only calls I received twice is to upgrade a cellphone contract which now due fir an upgrade. And today cellphone Black Friday deals . . I even sent another when I logged the Hello Peter complaint and still nothing. I just need my refund.
