Pathetic warranty

I have been a client of Cell C for years, but after my pathetic experience with the amazing 3 year warranty on my laptop with Platinum Warranty, I am done with Cell C. My laptop that is under a 3 year warranty needed repairs, Platinum Warranty tried to make me pay for the damages, I refused, 2 days later my laptop gets couried back, they fixed it....what about the payment all of a sudden. Exactly 3 weeks later there is smoke coming out of my laptop, Platinum warranty refuses to look at it or anything, they were the only people that opened my laptop, I can't get someone else to do it, then it voids the warranty, but Platinum Warranty also does not want to replace my laptop although it's under 3 year warranty. Because Cell C is linked to this horrible ****, I will no longer be supporting Cell C in any way and I will spread the word. Platinum Warranty is useless and so is Cell C for using them to do work on loyal customers.
