Pathetic Useless *******

My number WAS ********** 176. Cell c is useless. Their network sucks and they provide astronomically bad service. My number wasn't working for 6 months towards the end of my contract. I kept calling and received compounding terrible service.

Everytime I call a new ticket is logged. I was told that someone will call me, Never happened. I was even told to go and buy a new sim card and do a sim swap at my own cost. i could never speak to a manager or anyone senior at any time. I have since requested my contract to be cancelled and that took almost 8 months. Now Cell C owes me money for the amount i overpaid on the contract. Again i'm given the run around. Every time i call, i must log a new incident. I was told to send x4 proof of payments to verify that i actually paid so i can get my refund which i did and still no response. Its 3 months later and i still don't have my money back. the contract is still not cancelled because i'm still getting statements.

CELL C, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! YOU HAVE ****** ME FOR LONG ENOUGH. YOU HAVE EMBARRASSED ME BEYOND MEASURE WITH YOU PUTRID SERVICE. I AM DUE BACK MORE THAN THE r800 YOU OWE BECAUSE YOU I COULDN'T USE YOUR SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I WAS PAYING FOR IT.

YOU SIT THERE IN YOUR NEW MIDRAND OFFICES WITH THE MONEY YOUR PATRONS HAVE PROVIDED BUT YOU DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT POOR SERVICE. NO MANAGERS EVER AVAILABLE FOR ESCALATION AND YOUR STAFF'S ATTITUDES SUCK.
