PATHETIC USELESS PROVIDER OF NOTHING

Zero Star rating less than zero. If anyone ever thinks of opening a fibre contract with Cell C JUST DONT. I opened one in July 2022 received ZERO service not a days connectivity. Requested the cancelation on 8 August waited till 16 August before I ever got info from them then received an email last week regarding the cancelation being done. Only to find out that my new Internet provider is not able to give connection because Cell C is still holding the line and has not or will not send the Release ticket to Frogfoot so that the ISP can give me service. CELL C IS THE MOST PATHETIC BUNCH OF PEOPLE. I CALL THEM FOR ASSISTANCE ONLY TO HAVE THEM PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR. PATHETIC. ITS NOW TIME TO GO THR LEGAL ROUTE
