Pathetic upgrade service, twice in a row

For a 2nd time in 4 months, Cell C have sent me a contract after doing an upgrade, and I waited and waited for the device to arrive, only to be told on informing that the contract had been cancelled - and nobody thought to notify me!

In Dec I did an upgrade for my daughter - it was a gift. Two weeks later I enquired, only to be told they had discontinued the phone and cancelled contract. I had to wait until Feb to upgrade, after extremely poor service with the line options not taking you through to upgrades, and nobody reading emails that side.

I now did an upgrade for my son. Received the contract on 15/3. Now, 9 days later, I follow-up, as there has been no word from CellC or a courier yet, only to be told the contract was cancelled - no reason.

This pathetic service, to say the least. Never before have I experienced such poor after sale service!
