Pathetic unreliable service from Cell C
Unreliable service from Cell C fiber; consultants lie to you on the status of the issue, and do not feed the information through to the fiber provider and tell you they have. Feedback from Cell C is rare, and although the contract has been running for over 24 months, there is no response from Cell C on cancellation of the contract. Cell C gets a one star review for pathetic service, unreliable connectivity, poor customer feedback, dishonesty and lack of customer care. AVOID CELL C AT ALL COSTS! CHOOSE ANOTHER ISP OVER CELL C!

09 Apr 2021, 13:17Cell C have contacted me, but seem unable to wrap their heads around the fact that in terms of Clause 4.3 of their contract with me, which states "You may at any time during the Contract Period or Renewal Period, cancel this Agreement, subject to clause 7.3, by giving the Service Suppliers 20 Working Days’ written notice or notice in any other recorded form of your intention to cancel this Agreement."
Written notification to cancel this agreement was given on the 23rd March 2021. 20 working days from this, starting on the 24th March, taking into account Easter, means that the contract expires on the 22nd of April 2021. Cell C insist on cancelling the contract on the 30th April, which is in breach of their contract and seem unable to prorate their bill.
