Pathetic & Unprofessional service
I have been asking Cell C to send me my balance to enable me to pay off the account which they handed over even after i have notified them of my retrenchment.
I have called their customer service call centre and none of them are able to get me the balance i owe them, i have also emailed *** and they also haven't responded. Your service is rather pathetic for such a huge company.
Please get me my balance so that i can pay you and move on with my life.

09 Mar 2021, 10:47Is that all that is outstanding on the account? When i pay this will i be given the paid off for the account? When will it be updated on my credit record should i pay this before Monday the 15th of March? I need you to send me an official mail, to show that that is all i need to pay in order for you to close that account. I unfortunately do not trust you anymore as you made it look like i didn't update you regarding my unemployment status.
Please send the statement on email showing that in order to close the account i owe you R1447.16 so that i can also forward that to my lawyers to ensure that they are also aware of this and can take further action should i pay and you fail to update my credit records?
