Pathetic unapologetic service
If I could give a far less negative rating I would. CELL C is disgraceful in resolving issues. They are ******* that thrive on incompetence and has no answers to your queries even though they advise you so proudly that every call is being recorded. They give you references which lead to empty doorways. They have no evidence and no trace debit orders going off nor money that has been paid to close accounts. This is Ludacris. Hence, my mothers story, which is escalating by the day with NO solutions.
I am contacting you on behalf of my mother Adriana Willemse whom has had 3 contract phones from you.
My mother went on pension last year October (2020) and phoned Cellc to pay off all remaining balances of these accounts. She contacted Cellc and required that the full amount which was outstanding would be communicated to her as she wanted to close all accounts hence the fact that she was no longer working.
My mother has paid the full amount that was due as the Cellc operator advised to the cent.
In January, a payment went off her bank account for one of the cellphone contracts, and another amount last week. The total that she originally had to pay was roughly R7000. Up until now a total of roughly R11 000 has been debited from her account.
She has endlessly been in contact with CellC operators and representatives who can not give her an answer as to why her account has been debited nor why the contracts has not yet been closed. She is currently awaiting to hear from CellC to communicate to her what the reasons for the above-mentioned is.
Please also be advised, as you advise us when calling and speaking to a operator that the calls are being recorded. So then, I plead that if you fail to answer where my mother's money is or where it went That you go and listen to your own recordings.
We have bank statements and references. Could you please have a manager contacting my mother. A person whom preferably is competent to assist in the above-mentioned.
Here are only but a few references, which doesn't include the numerous e-mails that had been sent.
