Pathetic ****ty Service my is ***

Pathetic service delivery. I have been waiting on Cell C for the past week to call me in connection with my Escalated issue ref no is ***. Nobody has bothered call everytime I ask they tell me the issue is still escalated. I'm getting frustrated I've been a loyal reliable customer for the past 3 years. They rejected my phone which was under insurance for repairs and kept it to their Technical repair center for good 2 months and half when when they finally sent me a message to come for collection I had a shock of my life to discover that my phone was not fixed. I'm angry at the fact that I'm not served right. Cell C is a ****ty Service Provider and every time I call them they always say they will call in 48hrs.
