Pathetic *******

<p>So i have contacted Cell c on numerous occassions to adress my complaint. Up until now, they have still not contacted me back or solved the issue i have with them. So here is the problem.... firstly, cell c sends you an sms once you reach 15mb or below, i dont always get the sms so my data would be used up and automatically my airtime is used. The next thing i know, no data and no airtime. My biggest frustration is that even when i do have data, my airtime is being used. When i queried the problem, they could not answer me as to why it happens yet they admit that it shouldnt. Every month they deduct my contract fees without any hassles (which is more than R600) yet they cant even deliver a decent service. Sometimes the airtime amounts are small so you would barely notice it but then there are larger amounts, more than R10 at a time. I still have not been reimbursed for the '******' airtime. It is so annoying that every hour (or more), i have to check my airtime balance to see howmuch i have been ****** of. Furthermore, when i try to convert my airtime to data they send my a message saying that my request cannot be processed. Sometimes i have to try atleast 10 times to get it 'processed' or even try an hour or 2 later. In this day and age, peoples lives basically revolve around their phones. Work needs to be done, etc. Cell C is not helpful at all. I have considered changing networks but then i would lose out on the monthly airtime i get. How many other people have been ****** in this way and probably havent even realised it??? I kept to my end of the deal, Cell C hasnt. Is this their standards of service? I am disgusted</p>
