Pathetic technical support services

Please note that I cannot get incoming calls and cannot receive sms messages, this problem has started yesterday 09-06-2021.

I spoke to Katlego and he provided me with the codes but still that did not work,

I called in again and spoke to a lady but could not even hear her name and she put me through to sim cards department I also couldn't get my problem resolved.

The last called I had with cellc I spoke to a lady with the name of Nosipo I explained my problem again to her and she escalated my problem and provided me with a case number *** and stated that I will only get a response next week Monday, unfortunately I cannot wait for that long to get my problem fixed I am missing important calls.

I have been with cellc for more than 9 years to get all this.

I am losing my patience, I need this cellc problem resolved as soon as possible please
