Pathetic TAT
I have requested paid letters for my accounts in order to update my credit report, cell c sent 1 paid letter when I requested the other paid up letter I was told they have a back log and will attend to my case as soon as possible I am still waiting for this document mind you the TAT is 48 hrs , I think I will be waiting for a month now
