Pathetic , So Pathetic

Pathetic , So Pathetic This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life, this is the worst company I ever dealt with and I now regret being their customer, I took a Mobi Cell tablet with Cell C, it wont let me access internet as it had a very poor network signal and I stay right next to a Cell C tower ,funny ,, then battery wouldn't last an hour I must sit on the charger every time I want to use that nonsense. as it that was not good enough I took it in to the woodmead cell c repair center , after 2weeks of no feedback I went back and they told me its ready for collection. I had made it clear I DO NOT WANT that thing back, I want a different make , on arrival they say I must take the same one I refused. I was then given a number to call \so called customer care"worst nightmare. I made a call @ 12pm I ate" , my problem was never solved , even now I still don't have my ipad which I pay for monthly
