Pathetic, Shameful, Useless, Pitiful, Disgraceful and ***********

I had a major issue with Cell C on the 24th (2 days ago), so they called me yesterday and I spoke to Maropeng. Maropeng told me to explain what happened, so I did. He told me to take a screenshot of my network error after midnight, and then I should email the screenshots to him. He told me that he will send me his email address and that he will call me the next day (26/06/2019). So, I waited and waited the hole day, and again, to my surprise nobody called back… And I know writing this that somebody will probably call me tomorrow and I will be asked to explain what happened “AGAIN” and then I will get some random answer and promise and then the cycle will start all over again. Cell C is a disgrace, and what you are doing is shameful.
