Pathetic services from cellc

I have been having an ongoing issue with cellc It has either been about debiting my account or about payments. However when i did make a cash payment cellc goes and debits my account yet i made arrangements to make payment on the first of june. Note my debit order date is the 6th of every month. They decided to debit me on the 1st. Now i asked them to refund me and they giving there own stories and refused to understand what i am saying to them. I asked to speak to managers and had been transferred to different departments and call drops every single time, then getting to speak to a manager by the name of Themba duiker while getting through to him and getting a reference number for my call he drops the line . Im sick and tired of cellc pathetic services. Cellc has always been giving these issues. All i want is my refund as they debited the money which was for my babys medical aid and now its suspended.
