Pathetic Services and nothing is being done about it

I have 4 contracts with Cell C, this month they deducted 4 times from my acc. Yesterday I have received a call from cell c they going to disconnect my data lines due to an outstanding amount of R805. I was puzzled besides the amounts that was deducted is all together about R2000. When I asked the agent who called me why am I paying so much money where my data sims cost me like R130 pm each, she claims I have an open line that I did not know I have. When I questioned her she told me that I must have miss understood the consultant I have things I apparently subscribe to that I am not even aware of. Cell C service is pathetic and you can complain about it but nothing has ever been done. I want to cancel my accounts with them there is no joy from Cell C
