Yesterday I have received confirmation from your call centre that my outstanding amount of R 259.00 was paid in full. This morning I saw on my credit score the you are showing 2 missed payments now with the whole amount outstanding.

I am losing my patience with Cell C. Correct this or I will be going to a lawyer and sue the **** out of you for ruining my PERFECT credit score that I have spend YEARS on building it. It took me almost SIX months to get a contract that was expiring cancelled with you and you STILL had the audacity for additional charges.

You are not adhering to you own governance as well as your own codes of conducts.
