Pathetic services

I need to know what measures need to be taken against cellc employees because they are all ***** and ********. I'm opening a case against Funiwe Hintsho because she has being assisting and suddenly fell off the face of the earth, there's too many **** promises with ********** activies. R4700 NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN OFF AND R1800 Needs to be allocated to my *** immediately. There's just being 1 lie after another and all the employees cover for each other avoid all calls and mails.
