PATHETIC SERVICES
Cell C is so bad, they dont even deserve a 1 star. Discriminate against certain people. Bad bad bad pathetic service!!!!!!!!!

08 Aug 2022, 12:47I did an upgrade on 27th July. The person who helped me said that the samsung galaxy S21 FE with the watch is in stock and he said your upgrade was successful and that he just booked the devices for me. On Thursday 4 Aug I did a follow-up on my order just to hear that the watch and colour of the phone was not in stock. I then went to the store to get help, as to phone the upgrade dep is as good as Im talking to a wall, I get different feedbacks and no one is being honest. When I was instore the lady there phones the upgrade dep to cancel my order so that I can upgrade in store as they did had the phone and watch in stock. The lady at the upgrade dep told me to rather not cancel and she can help me with the order as they will receive stock on that Friday and I will receivey my order today Monday 8 Aug. I did not receive an sms for the delivery and phoned again to do a follow-up just to hear the watch is not in stock yet.
This is a very very low level of service.
AND PLEASE STOCK SAYING WE APOLOGIZE AS IT DOES NOT HELP AND IT DOESN'T HELP THE BAD SERVICE IM RECEIVING.
