Pathetic services

Actually they don't deserve even a single star. I'm struggling to attain assistance from cellc for the past 8 months. Their employees are *********** and their services are pathetic with false promises and useless ideas. After publishing all the experiences but still have no joy. The media services were connected on numerous occasions, however still playing illiterate towards the situations that I'm facing. An attorney was also ingained. A woman from media L ntiuli and Funiwe Hintsho are now avoiding telephone calls since a month now. The only other way is to open up a case of ***** and publish in the news papers in order to rectify their studipity. I need the R1800 to be allocated to this account and handset to be replaced because it's defective and will not oay for the repairs R4700, as it's not my fault in any way. Immediately on receiving my contract with cell it was noted that handset not functioning accordingly. It was sent to Huawei by myself and still experiencing the same issues. Please be advised as to the way forward.
