pathetic service!disgusting

I am actually writing this on behalf of my Dad..he has been with cell c for more than 20 years, back when it was still nashua mobile! he now has taken out another contract with them and has been having endless problems.they have suspended his phones wothout even advising why!when he called them he spoke to Tebogo from the call center and he advised that it was a mistake from Cell c side and he unsuspended 1 phone....we than called again and spoke to Asanda and she advised that the payment for January is not reflecting on their side however we send through the proof of payment and got a response stating its been received and it has been allocated..NOW they advised we still in arrears for march yet on the 2nd of march my dad spoke to someone and they advised him his in a credit and they will allocate the payment..clearly cell c has people who lack knowledge and only God knows how they train their people..we are not winning cause clearly nobody knows what they doing..we cant even go into a branch and we are told we need to call the call center..this is pathetic service and we want to cancel!!
