pathetic service yet again

Yet again I have to write a complaint about a pathetic company who just want money out of people. Had 2 contracts with cell c , paid my account every month yet for the last 5 months they kept barring my number and I had to go through a tedious process of going back n forth to the branch n then calling the call centre to get working.now that my contract is expired cell c is still barring my line when it's not under contract. I am at my wits end with cell c . They say i stil owe money when my account has been fully paid.Their customer service n billing department is the most useless ever. It seems as though they charging me for a prepaid simcard. I'm sick off cell c and I will not pay them a cent because as far as I know my account is fully paid when it ended in December. Now they threatening me saying i will be blacklisted if i dont pay . How can i pay for a prepaid simcard ? If this is not resolved I'm taking it further to the ombudsman so they can all see how useless cell c is !!!<br>
