Pathetic Service, Useless Staff, ANNOYED

I am absolutely disgusted at cell c I have been trying to contact your legal department for the past two days, It keeps saying you have a technical issue, I spoke to several agents in the contact centre and I've been given a million different reasons as to why I cant get through, I've been promised call backs from managers which never happened, what a pathetic service you are rendering, all I want is to make a damn payment and a payment arrangement, Its not rocket science, I understand you have people working from home for safety reasons, but your incompetence is not my concern, when I call I expect you to be available , your staff is completely hopeless, I went to Promenade Cell C Mitchell's Plain I was assisted by Bertram and he seemed to find my issue assuming, he was unhelpful, he had a smug attitude and sent me to another consultant where she said theres nothing she can do and gave me a piece of paper with a contact number on it. Several calls and emails later I'm annoyed and I want answers today.
