Pathetic service to loyal clients
I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving from you guys. I paid my installment via eft because I recently changed banks and now I am still being charge an extra amount for the failed debit order. This is totally unfair! I only went in-store today to change bank details and wanted to upgrade but because your still is so ****ed up, I have to wait to upgrade after being such a loyal client. I want this mess sorted ASAP as I will be taking this to the ombudsman as well.

05 Oct 2024, 08:55What's makes it worst is I called the call centre and whilst explaining to the agent she just transfers me. This is such unprofessional behavior from your staff plus whilst she is on the line with me, she is having a conversation with her colleagues. Train your staff properly because they don't understand what customer service is.
