Pathetic Service, The Worst Experience Ever!!!!!

The most pathetic service I have ever experienced my whole life!!!!!!

I did a cellphone upgrade on the 18th of DECEMBER, the agent assured me that the package would be with me in less than the stipulated 7 days delivery because there is more than enough stock of the P40 Lite.

Today is the 25th of January 2021 I still have NOT received my device, no communication from Cell C whatsoever, no sms, no email no phone call absolutely NOTHING!!!!

I have gone as far as actually going to the store to try and collect the device only to be told that I cannot collect at any store because the upgrade was not done instore, so why are you not delivering the damn thing then?????

I have called Cell C atleast 10 times and all I get conflicting information from each agent I come across,

Today I am told by a Nompumelelo that the device was collected by the couriers by they are investigating there whereabouts!!!

I was sent a contract for this device on the 10th of December we are heading towards month end, are you going to debit me for a device I DO NOT HAVE!!!!!!!!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DEVICE??!!!! IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH
