Pathetic service - SERVICE IS KEY YOU IDIOTS

Cell C wood mead Call Center Agents are dam useless and unprofessional. After a week of notifying Cell C of the incorrect device delivered to me I have since received assist. *pathetic * I use my time daily to follow up with them however receive no constructive feedback . I have spoken to Sharon who apparently logged a call and gave me the following Call ref number : *** , when I contacted the call center again I got through to Tholakele Cele who advised me that nothing was done on the first call, she than logged another call for me which is *** and till date nothing happened, upon calling the call center again today I asked to speak to a Supervisor who apparently is Thabo Lekalake but his just as useless and *********** as the 2 ladies I spoke. Thabo Lekalake advised that he will look into the query and contact me by 11am as agreed by both of us and to my surprise he also did not contact me. Does Cell C just hire the wrong people, do they strive to give their customers this pathetic service ? I again contacted the call center and asked to speak to a Manager who also is not available , Lynn Salsone . WOW Cell C YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND SHOCKING for such a big service provider I am rather surprised that your Business still runs. Does loosing 1 customer mean nothing ? I was notified by your agents that if anything happens to the incorrect device that you delivered I will be held responsible , WHAT **** IS THAT ? what does one have to do to get this query resolved ? If this device is not collected today i will ensure I take legal actions, as Cell C is putting me in a position of holding onto something that is easily breakable which I apparently would need to pay for something that does not even belong to me....
