Pathetic Service & Sales Gimics

Dear Consumers, I have app**** for a Cell C buy-out contract from my two Vodacom accounts last year(2016) September and has been approved and Cell C even sent us an SMS with approval and asked us to get settlement quotes from Vodacom. The independent contractor that helped us sent us the wrong phones and to keep it short here is a breakdown of the whole situation.

1. Deal approved September 2016

2. Wrong phones sent to us

3. After a ridiculous amounts of calls to get couriers to swap phones, we decided to just keep the Samsungs sent to us, couldn't wait any longer(November 2016) two months later

4. Finally a courier comes and collects the phones in the process of porting(No porting was done) December 2016

5. New Year and Cell C contractor has resigned and passed the buck to someone new, had one chat and never heard from her again.

6. Phoned Cell C furious and a Manager took my call Brummer Badenhorst, promised all will be resolved had 2 emails sent to and from him, never heard from him again.

7. Phoned Cell C (March 2017) spoke to a guy and said will report my problem and phone me back same day, never heard from him again

8. Emailed Cell C complaints and was contacted and was assured the same day a guy called Bruce will phone us, it's March 29 and nothing.

Conclusion, I have now turned to HelloPeter to help resolve this, I am a business owner with a clientele of 700 of which 400 is active every month, a will make a point to inform each person I get into contact with that the adverts come on strong but the rest is a sales gimic and will ask each one of those to inform another 400 people to inform even more, then I will take it along with HelloPeter to all social media.

I hereby confirm all is correct and true to the best of my knowledge and unless Cell C respond ASAP I wil have no choice to save others from this timely false sales technique only to have no joy six months later.

Just stick to Vodacom, slightly more expensive (for me) but honest from the word go, immediate service and awesome aftersales. Thank You
