Pathetic service provider

I'm really fedup with Cell C!!! I upgraded my contract and was suppose to get my new device within 3-5 working days. Till today I (18months) later I haven't received anything and made numerous calls to my expence to sort things out. Cell C is billing me every month for something I never got and don't want to sort out their mess..My complaints have all been recorded but still different idiots will harrass me about the same thing. I'm gatvol for Cell C and wouldn't advice anyone to join their services because there's none!!!!!!
