Pathetic service provider

Cell C have become a useless service provider,how does one begin to tell its customers that they do not have iPhone in stock and did not know when they will have.I mean u can even reconcile a number of ur customers on iOS currently and make plans for them I need for someone to call me with resolution and not added problem and I also note that my current network is on Vodacom and not really Cell C *** is the number in question. Need to know the following 1. Contract expiry date 2. Cancellation terms 3. Timelines on when to have iPhones

I spoke to a certain dimakatso this morning who supposedly reports to Thabang and does not know who the Thabang’s managers is working for Cell C for the last 5 years.dimakatso is very passive and have no idea what is happening in that business,I think it’s time this contractual relationship ended
