Pathetic service provider
I'm been trying to arrange a payment holiday for 2 month as I'm on a no work no pay agreement with my employer.
I keep on sending document and they never receive or reply to anything. I've been trying since 30 March 2020.
I fail to understand how you give me 6 cell phone Contract and I'm not a risk at all. But when I need assistance you ignore me.
I will surely more to another cell phone contract provider when my contracts expires.
