Pathetic service provider.
My mother was a victim of a home invasion at the age of 64 years old. They took her phone.Cell c refused to give her a sim swap even after she produced the affidavit that they asked for.

28 Aug 2026, 15:56It really doesn't matter now. Older people do not play around with contact details and bank accounts. She lost the number because she was refused the sim swap. I just found out that the number now belongs to someone else. Disappointed was not even what I felt.
