Pathetic service overall

Pathetic service - app**** for a phone that was supposedly in stock.I was approved and was told the phone will be delivered in 7 working days. After 7 days I followed up after 7 days and was then told sorry the phone wasn't in stock. I have been complaining on this platform to get someone to phone me and magically make the phone appear....guess what. No phone call after being told someone will make contact with me. I am done with Cell C. You lost the opportunity to sell me a contract. Eventhough I am a cell customer, I will also go out of my way to migrate to another provider as soon as I weigh up my options with the other providers. I have now purchased the phone I want on takealot.com cash...escalate this complaint to someone who gives a ****....I don't anymore. I've had it.

When I app**** for the device I was told you had stock. I even received the sms that I was approved for the device. After more than a week of waiting for a delivery I'm told you're out of stock. You're wasting my time. You also didn't have any stock on the other devices I wanted that were advertised online. When I put my ear to the ground it seems cell c is going backwards. I've purchased the note 10 lite cash for R9k brand new from samsung via takealot.com since you're so ***********. Surely you could have sourced the device like I've done to rectify the problem as YOU ARE AT FAULT!!!! But anyway, you've lost out on the idea of me ever taking a contract out with cell c and you're not interested in so. I'm done.
