Pathetic Service - Or should I say - NO SERVICE

Still no feedback from Cell C - No Surprise there. So after my initial complaint on Hello Peter on the 12th of November, They rep**** saying that the "Social Media" department would contact me - really - where does Social Media come into play - they just need to cancel my contract. I have since sent them over 20 e-mails demanding for my contract to be cancelled, received 20 different reference numbers, but still no joy. WHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY!!!!! Stay away from them
