Pathetic Service or None for the matter

This would be the second time that I will be complaining about your Legal Department, First of all you do not debit your money and when I call out of my own time to enquire I'm holding nearly 30Min to speak to advisor and with no suprise my call gets disconnected because guess what its a charged call, I cant seem to grasp the fact that I have to take time out of my day to find out why you are not competent enough to run a debit order as agreed to. How much further up in the company does one need to go to get any form of assistance in your company, as not even your in store consultants are trained enough to help on a simple query as to why a debit order has not gone through.
