Pathetic service once again!!!!

I left a complaint on Hello Peter and a lady from Cell C called me on Thursday and said that she will resolve the problem and get back to me. I'm still waiting for her to get back to me. This is unacceptable and I want a manager to give me a call today before 10:30 so we can resolve this matter. You are loosing customers due to your unreliable staff and bad attitude!!!!
