pathetic service of cell c legal

I want to warn South Africans from Cell c their services is pathetic.

my dad took a contract out for me 4 almost 5 years ago I have been using the number ever since does that not make you a loyal customer? Well Cellc thinks nothing of their clients.

My dad passed away 3months back I contacted the customer service to find out what should I do because I would really like to keep the number. they said I should go to the store and submit the death certificate the deceased ID and my ID. I took it to the 2 cell c stores in Kimberley namely Cell C North Cape Mall and Cell C New Park centre in Kimberley. the guys at the stores sent the documents away on both occasions and told me that I should wait for legal it take 48 hours 2 business working days. when I call the stores they tell me theres no feedback from legal I should contact legal myself so I do this for 3 months almost 4 months I call legal they just don't answer the phone. I wait for legal for approximately 2-3 hours to answer the phone and they don't.so yesterday when I sent a review to cell c on hello peter they decided to say they will assist me so today a lady from customer care calls me with the name of Sandile Khulu she listens to all I have to say and tells me unfortunately she cant help me legal has to help me. So now my question is to you Cell C do you treat your clients like this when they have given you so many years of support. My number is blocked your legal department is pathetic does Cell c have a legal department because at this stage I think they are a ghost division because it does not make sense that you should hang on the phone for hours to get a service. I will never ever recommend anyone to take a contract with cell c they do not value their clients.
