Pathetic Service - leaving you in a difficult situation. Help me to help you!

I was in and out of hospital and fell behind my payments. I then received a threatening email from Cell C from a Mr Pilay - Intermediate & Late Recoveries Manager. I wrote back to explain my situation and advised him that Im happy to make payment in installments - but have not heard A THING from them since.

Now my EX HUSBAND is being threatened about this - we have been divorced for 4 years now? THey dont contact me but they contact my ex? Whats that about! I keep asking who I need to talk to, to organise the installments? Whats the problem here!

I havent had any assistance. The poor woman is doing her best but your fing SelectOnline continues to harrass MY EX HUSBAND - again at 6.30 this morning!!! I have already made an arragement in writing with them - and still they hassle me. At 6.30 I am woken up to banging and threats outside because of this. HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WIHT ME STOP HARRASSING HIM. How will I receive confirmation. I want confirmation that my ex's details are removed from all databases. And I want the order set up as agreed from the 21st April.
