"Pathetic service" is an understatement

I really did not want to take this matter to Social Media - however it seems that this may be my only option as it seems that even Mbali (Customer Service Manager - KZN) cannot keep to her promise. Guys, we understand that Cell C is accustom to providing pathetic service to its customers, however, we out here have jobs to do and cannot spend endless hours on the phone with you guys to get a service that we pay for - yes pay for!! You guys are not giving us this service for free - even though it may seem like it given how pathetic the service may be… but alas we spend a lot of money to get the service. I am giving you guys an hour to connect my line or else I will ensure to "roast" Cell C on every Social Media platform available!!!
